In this on-going series of monochromatic portraits Ryan focuses on the emotive humanistic aspects of the individual. Her intentions with these ochre toned pieces are to insert a bit of warmth, emotion, and intimacy into a cultural climate that has been divided and presently socio-politically heavy.
